Shipping Policy for TC’s Sports Vault

At TC’s Sports Vault, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (where available).
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, flat rate, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions (details will be specified on the website).

At Checkout you may select "Stack My Cards - Ship Later". By selecting that shipping option you will pay the subtotal for the purchase including Sales Tax if Applicable. TC's Sports Vault will hold onto your purchase until you complete the "Request My Stack to Be Shipped" form which will be emailed when purchased. Other methods of contact to request stack may be viable if given proper time. TC's Sports Vault will then way your stack and have deliver an invoice for the Shipping Fee for your stack. Once the invoice is paid, TC's Sports Vault will ship your order with tracking information promptly.
4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed.
